NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has formally discontinued the case against a man who was killed while on bail.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A judge has formally discontinued the case against a man who was killed while on bail.
Justice Cheryl Grant-Thompson made the order after being provided with a death certificate confirming that Fred Lloyd was murdered on July 12.
Lloyd, 26, was accused of the January 18, 2021 beating death of Kendise Smith.
While on bail for her murder, Lloyd was found shot to death inside a car off Marshall Road.
