UNITED STATES – FTX says plans to repay nearly all of its customers who suffered losses after its collapse two years ago.

According to a court filing, FTX owes about $11.2 billion to creditors, but estimates having between $14.5 billion and $16.3 billion to distribute.

The repayment plan includes interest payments at a rate of 9% for most creditors. Despite the potential relief, investors faced significant losses.

The bankruptcy court will decide FTX’s fate on June 25th.
