GB Woman Outlines Travel Woes
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Grand Bahama resident Tanya Forbes is speaking out as she claims she has yet to receive compensation for a trip she booked back in March 2020 after her travel plans were canceled beyond her control.
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Grand Bahama resident Tanya Forbes is speaking out as she claims she has yet to receive compensation for a trip she booked back in March 2020 after her travel plans were canceled beyond her control.
She says she contacted a representative at the cruise line where she was issued a U.S. cheque, however she was unable to cash it at home.
Eventually she traveled to the U.S. to cash the cheque but was told the cheque could not be cashed because it was not on a list to be cleared that’s when she claims decided to take another route by contacting the cruise line’s supervisor for customer service.
Forbes says with no where left to turn, she just wants her funds back.
