ICC Seeks Arrest Warrants For Israeli PM And Hamas Leader

NETHERLANDS – The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, is seeking arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leader in Gaza, Yuhya Sinwar.

NETHERLANDS – The Chief Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC), Karim Khan, is seeking arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Hamas leader in Gaza, Yuhya Sinwar.

Khan is also pursuing warrants for two other hamas leaders, as well as the israeli defense minister.

Khan says there are “reasonable grounds to believe” these individuals are responsible for war crimes and crimes against humanity.
