U.S. College Students Continues Pro-Palestinian Protests

USA – Dozens of people were arrested on Monday at a Pro-Palestinian demonstration at Yale University.

The arrests came hours after Columbia University canceled in-person classes as protesters set up camp at its New York city campus last week.

Protesters also gathered at M.I.T. and at Emerson, vowing to continue until the colleges call for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and divest from Pro-Israel organizations.

Following the October 7th cross-border attack on Israel by Hamas militants, the Palestinian-run health ministry reported earlier that Israel’s assault on Gaza has killed over 34,000 Palestinians and has displaced nearly all of Gaza’s population.
