NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Two people have been charged after prosecutors say they allowed a minor to sell alcohol.

Twasalina Ferguson and Rebirto Hanna are accused of allowing a 15-year-old boy to sell alcoholic drinks while working at Twaslina’s Catering on Goodman’s Bay Beach on July 30.

The pair denied the allegation at their arraignment before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans and were granted $7,000 bail.

They return to court on October 9 for their trial.
