GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – After feeding over 3,000 people in New Providence last month with operation thanksgiving, United Faith Ministries International is back, this time in Grand Bahama for operation Christmas.

United Faith Ministries International recently hosted operation thanksgiving in New Providence last month, where they fed 3,500 people.

Senior Pastor Phalmon Ferguson says operation Christmas was made possible by the leftover donations from operation thanksgiving.

But United Faith didn’t do this alone.

Our Lucaya Christ the Church Cathedral, and Kiwanis Club also pitched in to make the day possible.

And that’s not all who helped out.

Wayne Thompson, a teacher volunteering with The Bahamas Union of Teachers, tells us it wasn’t just for people in Freeport City.

And Jack Hayward High School didn’t only provide help for the lead-up to the event, they also had volunteers on the ground, like Nicolette Saunders, the head girl at Sir Jack Hayward High School.
