NASSAU, BAHAMAS – National Security Minister Wayne Munroe is again defending law enforcement officers after a man’s body was found at the same scene where two police officers were shot the night before.

Munroe was asked if he was concerned police missed the body the night before.

Sunday night, two officers at an event on Marshall Road were shot and rushed to hospital.

Early Monday morning, police were called to the same residence and found the dead body of 29-year-old Garath Pyrfrom.

Police say the man was at the same event.
