GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Final funeral preparations are underway for Obie Wilchcombe in Grand Bahama. This follows a state funeral held for the West Grand Bahama and Bimini in New Providence yesterday.
GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – Final funeral preparations are underway for Obie Wilchcombe in Grand Bahama, this follows a state funeral held for the West Grand Bahama and Bimini in New Providence, yesterday.
The seating capacity of Pro Cathedral Christ the King is normally 550. That will be extended tomorrow for Obie Wilchcombe’s funeral service.
It’s the church where Wilchcombe spent most of his time, while in Grand Bahama.
Canon Lightbourne says that hall will seat up to an additional 500 people.
He also emphasised the importance of hosting the final service in Grand Bahama.
