Man Arraigned for Fatal Finlayson Street Stabbing

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Detectives investigating a fatal stabbing in Finlayson Street have charged a 36-year-old man with murder. 

Don Wallace, of Augusta Street, is charged with the December 28, 2023 murder of 50-year-old Gerry Fenilice.

Prosecutors allege that Wallace stabbed Fenilice in the head during a dispute.

Police arrested him on the same date after he turned himself into police. 

Wallace didn’t have to enter a plea to the murder charge when he stood before Acting Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley.

Bail was denied and he’s back in court on April 18 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
