NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Anthonique Strachan broke down for me how she had to up the ante with her mental healthcare after finding out she had to shut her season down back in May.

She was very candid about sharing that process with us explaining that she thought the Paris Olympics was going to be great for her.

She also explained how she spent many days and nights in tears.
