NASSAU, BAHAMAS – National Security Minister Wayne Munroe providing disturbing details revealed during an autopsy on four-year-old Bella Walker.

National Security Minister Wayne Munroe shared the autopsy results during a press briefing at the Office of the Prime Minister.

In a tweet Thursday, Police Commissioner Paul Rolle said, “Who punishes a child with brute force to break eight ribs and what can a four-year-old child do to deserve such a violent punishment to cause death. God help us.”

Even more shocking, was the revelation that this wasn’t the first time the 4-year-old suffered physical abuse.

Her tragic death ignited public outrage as many are demanding justice.

Police confirmed that Bella suffered blunt force trauma, but Munroe previously said there was no indication of sexual assault.

Those comments sparking outrage, as residents took to social media suggesting attempts are being made to cover up the true cause of death.

The minister hit back expressing that what Bella endured is enough to be outraged. There is no need to have “the indignity of a sexual assault combined with that for us to be outraged”.
