NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Now more than ever, is time to take action on restoring the earth from the negative effects of climate change and global warming.

Inger Andersen, Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme, gave her take on the current state of the world, and where we need to be, as the United Nations revealed new details about 10 groundbreaking initiatives to help restore the natural world.

Speaking at the live announcement of the first ten un world restoration flagships, Andersen says there are key indicators and changes in the world around us, that show that all is not right.

That leaves the question – what can we do in The Bahamas to restore our environment?
