NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 22-year-old expectant father was sentenced to one year’s probation for threatening to kill the prime minister.

Isaac Roberts must also complete 100 hours of community service and attend anger management classes.

On February 8, 2023, Roberts called the Central Police Station with the ultimatum: Release  Coalition of Independents Lincoln Bain or Brave Davis is dead.

The calls were traced to Roberts, who admitted to making the calls when interviewed by the police.

However, he said that he didn’t intend to kill the PM but someone else might based on protests concerning the government’s handling of illegal immigration.
