NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A pastor and an attorney giving “a man’s perspective” on marital rape, as the debate rages on while the bill is currently out for consultation.

Well, Pastor TG Morrison and attorney John Bostwick speaking out on the issue during Jerome Sawyer’s On The Record this week.

Both say marital rape is wrong. Pastor Morrison says people must understand that love is not rape.

Pastor TG Morrison says the whole goal of marriage is a for couples to not be embarrassed or ashamed.

Then there’s the question debaters have been asking, whether a man can rape his wife? Morrison says the answer is yes.

Attorney John Botswick says rape is a serious issue, calling marital rape ancient, possibly a relic of slavery. He says many are running to the church and the bible to justify their behavior.
