NASSAU, BAHAMAS – It’s a real stereotype that’s a real problem. Men are far less likely to visit a doctor than women.

The same can be said about regular visits to dermatologists.

In fact, board certified Dermatologist at Family Medicine Center, Dr. Jaimie Davis finds that it’s even difficult to get men wearing skincare products like sunscreen.

The good news is there are options.

If you do suffer from consistent ingrown hairs, Dr. Davis suggests modifying your shaving routine.

She also recommends taking a complete break from shaving and trimming your hair.

And if you don’t know where to begin with skincare products, she says sunscreen is always a must along with these helpful ingredients.
