NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The lives of three young Bahamian men have been changed forever.

One by one they came and signed officially to the Boston Red Sox – 17-year-old Tavano Baker, 17-year-old Edwin Darville and 17-year-old Trent Wilson all signed their contracts at the Office of The Prime Minister Monday afternoon, all of them thankful for the opportunity.

Boston red sox scout Dominique Collie, who is also a Bahamian, says it’s an amazing feeling to now have four Bahamians with the team.

Prime Minister Philip Davis, also on hand for the signing, called it a proud day for him.
