NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The green light has been given for the construction of two new bridges in Andros, as Bron Limited Managing Principal of Infrastructure Kevin Sweeting explains, a whole lot went into the decision-making process. 

After assessing the conditions for the new bridges at Fresh Creek and Stafford Creek, Bron Ltd. is now in the design phase. 

But as the managing principal of infrastructure explains, they did not get here without first consulting with residents. 

Officials from the Ministry of Works and Utilities is looking to create new and safer bridges in Andros. 

To do so, the ministry engaged Bron Limited to craft the design however, in speaking with Androsians, Sweeting says they had one main concern.

With the ministry’s requirements, the existing conditions, and the concern of the residents taken into account, the company came up with a decision.
