MIAMI, FLORIDA – Jazz Chisholm had a history-making weekend to help his Miami Marlins sweep the Atlanta Braves and get into a wild card slot over the weekend.

The star centerfielder hit a bases-loaded shot on Saturday to help the Marlins to an 11-5 route of the Braves.

He followed that up on Sunday with another grand slam as his Marlins helped themselves to a 16-2 romp over the A-town crew, securing the weekend series sweep and ousting the Cincinnati Reds for a wild card slot.

With these performances he is the first player in Marlins history to hit grand slams in back-to-back games.
