NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The prosecution has closed their case against a man accused of killing a 74-year-old American woman during an armed robbery and burglary in Cat Island.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The prosecution has closed their case against a man accused of killing a 74-year-old American woman during an armed robbery and burglary in Cat Island.

Rodrigo Rolle is on trial for   the murder of 74-year-old Janice Kissinger, a caretaker, during a break-in and armed robbery that took place in October 2017.

Rolle, who is on remand, has pleaded not guilty to the allegations at his trial before Justice Gregory Hilton.

Eucal Bonaby and Janet Munnings are the prosecutors and Geoffrey Farquharson represents Rolle.
