NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The rape case against a 43-year-old man has been sent to the Supreme Court.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The rape case against a 43-year-old man has been sent to the Supreme Court.
Prosecutors allege that Raymond Theoc raped a 17-year-old girl on June 28, 2024.
His matter was transferred to the Supreme Court when he received voluntary bill of indictment papers.
Theoc will be arraigned before Justice Gregory Hilton on April 17.
