TRINIDAD & TOBAGO – A war of words inside CARICOM tonight after Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar said the regional bloc “is not a reliable partner at this time and accused CARICOM of supporting what she called “The Maduro Narco-government.”
