NASSAU, BAHAMAS – For years, residents in Adastra Gardens Estates II say illegal dumping and overgrown lots have become more than an eyesore. President of the Neighbourhood Crime Watch Association, Clem Richardson, commented on the situation, calling it a safety concern.
