GRAND BAHAMA, BAHAMAS – In this issue of Grander View, we pick up at the Reach Out Youth Organization. President and founder, Dudley Seide, through his many initiatives, has impacted the lives of thousands of young men for nearly 20 years now. And along the way, he expanded to giving back to the entire community and even now young women. I asked Seide what kept him going for two decades.

Now Seide is on the juvenile panel and on the Prerogative of Mercy Committee, helping to give young men second chances for rehabilitation through even higher channels. Seide, who describes himself as an in between for the youth, police, politicians and pastors, says he believes his past helps him connect.

Seide believes young men turn to the streets looking for people they believe they can trust and a community to feel loved. He’s encouraging parents to speak life into their children and show them love and support.
