Team Bahamas Hits the Pool in Curacao
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Bahamas CARIFTA swim team had their first practice at the Enith Brigitha pool in Willemstad, Curacao Wednesday morning.
CURACAO – The Bahamas CARIFTA swim team had their first practice at the Enith Brigitha pool in Willemstad, Curacao Wednesday morning. Critical to those practices are the pre- and post-warm-ups to ensure that swimmers are in good mental and physical shape.
Accompanying Team Bahamas is a full medical team led by Dr. Keir Miller.
Deandre Gets Double-Double in Phoenix.
Deandre Ayton had another big game last night, this time against the Spurs.
The New Providence-born big man had a double-double with 19 points on 6 of 9 shooting. He added 11 rebounds, a steal, and a block to help his Suns secure a 115-94 win against the San Antonio Spurs.
The Suns are now 4th in the West with their playoff spot locked up.
