JAMAICA – Day one of the 2023 Goodwill Games saw team Bahamas come hot out the blocks. Team Bahamas won several gold medals as well as broke lots of meet records.

Team Bahamas took the gold, silver and bronze in the boys 15-17 meter free race.

When it was all said and done we spoke to Head Coach Dellan Brown.

But none of that happened before heavy rainfall during the warmups.

That was followed by the parade of athletes and a brief opening ceremony where Jamaica’s Aquatics Sports Association President Martin Lyn made a pronouncement.
