Baby Decapitated During Labor In Georgia Ruled A Homicide

GEORGIA, USA – Attorneys for a Georgia couple revealed Wednesday the death of their baby, Treveon Taylor Jr., who was decapitated during delivery, has been classified as a homicide by the medical examiner.

The parents, Jessica Ross and Treveon Isaiah Taylor Sr., filed a lawsuit against the hospital and the delivering doctor, Dr. Tracey St. Julian, alleging negligence.

The medical examiner cited a broken neck as the immediate cause of death, attributing it to human action.

The attorneys argue that Dr. St. Julian’s actions were inappropriate and assertive. Meanwhile, attorneys for dr. St. Julian refute the claim, stating the injury occurred after death during delivery attempts.
