Work Starts After Deadly Taiwan Quake

TAIWAN – Workers commenced the demolition of quake-damaged buildings in Taiwan on Thursday, following a 7.2 magnitude earthquake that claimed nine lives.

Excavators cleared rubble while workers drilled and sprayed water on tilted structures. A local mayor emphasized government efforts to raise awareness and mobilize resources.
