Labour On The Blocks 2.0

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Department of Labour’s latest unemployment effort – called Labour on The Blocks 2.0 – is looking to bring together job seekers and employers on New Providence and Grand Bahama this coming Saturday.

Thirty-one organizations on New Providence and 25 in Grand Bahama will be seeking to hire employees on spot.

Farquharson says persons should come fully prepared with all necessary documents for occupations in various industries.

The minister is encouraging interested persons to attend the job fair as he says he is committed to giving Bahamians top priority.

This year, the Royal Bahamas Police and Defence forces will also be present at both job fairs recruiting interested individuals.
