NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Police Commissioner Clayton Fernander defending officer’s presence at public schools saying it is sufficient.

His comments came after a student was stabbed at Anatol Rodgers High School.

Fernander says police patrol school areas before and after school, paying close attention to hotspot areas known for fights.

However, he says officers are now moving into classrooms.
