NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Twenty-six young people are now prepared to join the workforce following a job readiness program which began in February.

Youth Coordinator in the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture Carla Brown-Roker says the Ministry of Grand Bahama’s investment in their future was made possible by the establishment of a youth center on Tripp Circle in Freeport.

Acting Director of C-learn at the University of The Bahamas North Leslie Dorsett-Lewis commending the students for their achievement.

Shanda Roberts speaking on behalf of the Ministry of Youth, Sports and Culture wishing the group all the best on their new career journey.

And with that the class of ’26 received their certifications.
