NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A marine is facing charges after two teens attending the National Youth Programme accused him of inappropriately touching them.
DiMaggio Barrett, 22, denied two counts of indecent assault at his arraignment before Assistant Chief Magistrate Carolyn Vogt-Evans.
Prosecutors allege that Barrett indecently assaulted two girls, aged 17, on March 19.
Barrett’s bail was set at $18,000. He’s back in court on April 24 for the start of his trial.
