$20K Bail, Other Conditions Set for Murder Accused
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Justice Franklyn Williams KC set bail at $20,000 for 22-year-old Brandon Major on his third bail application.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The third time turned out to be the charm for a murder accused.
Justice Franklyn Williams KC set bail at $20,000 for 22-year-old Brandon Major on his third bail application.
Major is accused of fatally stabbing Sanchez Gittens at a bar on East Street South on January 27, 2024.
Prosecutors had objected to Major’s release on two previous occasions but did not oppose his third bail application.
Major has to wear an ankle bracelet, keep a curfew, and sign in daily at a police station while on bail.
