Powerball Jackpot Reaches $700 Million Ahead Of Saturday Drawing

UNITED STATES – The biggest Powerball Jackpot of the year keeps climbing, now an estimated $700 million, after Wednesday’s drawing produced no grand prize winner.

Saturday’s winner can choose the full jackpot in annual payments over 29 years or a one-time cash payout of $316.3 million before taxes. 

Wednesday’s numbers, 31, 59, 62, 65, 68, and Powerball 5, did produce other winners … including a $2 million ticket in Tennessee and two $1 million tickets.

More than 30 players matched four numbers plus the Powerball.
