Ayton Secures Double Double In Lakers Win

UNITED STATES – After a disappointing loss to the Sacramento Kings, Deandre Ayton put on a show in the second game of a back to back to help the Lakers get back in the win column.

The big man secured his 15th double double of the season with 17 points, and a game high 18 rebounds in a 141-116 win against the Atlanta Hawks.

Ayton shot an efficient 7-9 from the field, while the Lakers scoring a season high in the first half with 81 points.

The win snapped the Lakers 3-game losing streak.

Freeman, Albury Lead Teams To Victory

Since coming off of injury, Donnie Freeman is showing why he was he was considered a top NBA prospect last season.

In his latest game against Florida State in a 94-86 win, Freeman scored 25 points, grabbed 8 rebounds, and showed his skill on the defensive side with 3 steals and a block.

Over his last four games, Freeman is averaging 23 points, 7.75 rebounds, and 1.25 blocks.

Over in New Mexico, Albury and his Lobos defeated Grand Canyon University 87 to 64.

It was one of his most complete games of the season where he scored 11 points, with 4 rebounds, 4 assists, while shooting 57% from the field.

For the season, Albury is averaging 11.6 points, 3.7 assists, and 3.4 rebounds.
