GRAND BAHAMA, THE BAHAMAS – Xquisite Yachts Catamaran Center now in phase two of its 40 million dollar development project on Grand Bahama.

Tonight, in The Grander View, the property’s general manager tells Our News Anchor, Megan Shepherd, they’ve got lots on the agenda for the month of February and beyond.

From Super Bowl Sunday, to valentine’s day or a “Just Because” experience out on the waters, General Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, Dasmenda Williams says they’re ready to cater to the needs of residents and tourists alike.

With expansions currently underway, Williams says they’re welcoming guests to take advantage of the property.

The rooms were opened just three weeks ago, and she says interest is picking up.

And if you do decide to book one of the catamarans available on property, she says your experience is 100 percent customizable.

But, if you prefer to keep your fun on land, well, Executive Chef Harold Pinder has you covered.

And when it comes to their newest restaurant.

Back in November, Chef Pinder created a unique meal for award-winning host, author and social media personality, Tabitha Brown. She gave that dish rave reviews across her social media platforms; I asked Pinder about the experience.
