NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 25-year-old entrepreneur wants to bring peace and serenity to your front door.

Facials, scrubs, massages, the good life, according to the owner of A Lighter Touch Mobile Spa, Opal O’brien, who wants to bring this life of luxury to your home.

She said she had just graduated from the University of The Bahamas with her Bachelors Degree in Small Island Sustainability with a Focus On Marine Science, but was still unsure of what to do next.

That’s when she enrolled at the Bahamas Technical Vocational Institute.

She says the journey from early 2020 to now has been amazing, one that has exposed her to new people, places and experiences.

It has also been a journey filled with many lessons.

O’brien says she wants Bahamians to know that self care should not be treated as a special occasion, but rather a lifestyle.

She says the highlight and most heartwarming part of her career thus far has been working with a client that suffered a stroke.
