Men Accused of Raping Woman in Park
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man was denied bail after being accused of raping a woman at a park.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A man was denied bail after being accused of raping a woman at a park.
Prosecutors said that 32-year-old Sedell Pierre sexually assaulted a 41-year-old woman at the Flamingo Gardens Park.
The incident allegedly took place shortly before 5:00 am on February 7.
Pierre did not have to enter a plea to the rape change when he appeared before Magistrate Samuel McKinney.
He returns to court on April 17.
