NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The cost to renovate Government House ended up nearly double the budgeted cost of under $10 million, according to the project’s contractor.
NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The cost to renovate Government House ended up nearly double the budgeted cost of just under $10 million, according to the project’s contractor, who also gave a breakdown of what the construction team encountered and what work is still left to complete.
The years-long renovation of Government House has been undertaken by the Ministry of Works.
And with the venture almost complete, the company tasked with the renovations says they discovered more problems than originally tasked to fix.
