In anticipation of the reopening of schools, Minister of State for Education, Zane Lightbourne led principals and union officials on a tour of schools on New Providence to assess their readiness for hybrid learning. He says he is satisfied that campuses are ready to receive students.

Lightbourne added, education officials have been working closely with the Ministry of Health to establish new safety protocols, including temperature checks, sanitization stations, and nurses on campus.
