RBDF to Get Four New Vessels

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Royal Bahamas Defence Force is about to get four new vessels at a cost of around $3.4 million, according to National Security Minister Wayne Munroe.

NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Royal Bahamas Defence Force is about to get four new vessels at a cost of around $3.4 million, according to National Security Minister Wayne Munroe.

Munroe says the new vessels will be paid for by funds allocated to replace the HMBS A.D. Hanna.

As for the new vessels, munroe says the contracts have already been signed, adding the delivery of the vessels will be in stages over the next year.

The last vessel is set to be delivered in November 2024.
