NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A few weeks ago Redline Athletics Track Club hosted Olympian Triple Jumper Leevan “Superman” Sands to speak to their junior athletes. That sparked a full-on triple jump clinic where Sands taught kids different techniques. We asked him about that experience.
