NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Global leaders uniting at COP28 in Dubai this month to launch impactful initiatives that will empower the next generation to combat climate change. Dr. Rochelle Knowles, climate advisor to the prime minister tells us about the international launch of the deep science venture and how it will do just that!

During COP28, The Bahamas also saw the graduation of the first cohort of participants for the Alliance of Small Island States Fellowship. Dr. Knowles adds that two more spots are now open and the deadline for applicants is January 6th, 2024.

And come 2024, the Small Development Goals, SDG Challenge, will officially be launched.
