NASSAU, BAHAMAS – An American man has been granted $30,000 bail, just five weeks after prosecutors say he murdered his father.

Mario Cash Jr, 26, is charged with the January 1 stabbing death of his father Mario Cash Jr.
Police found the 52-year-old dead in his home at Venetian West after they responded to reports of a domestic dispute.

Under the terms of the bail, Justice Gregory Hilton ordered Cash to wear an ankle bracelet, surrender his passport to and report to police three times weekly.

Cash is also forbidden from contacting prosecution witnesses.
