NASSAU, BAHAMAS – A 26-year-old man is facing charges over a deadly boating accident.

Ketelen Dorcent stood before Magistrate Samuel McKinney charged with manslaughter by negligence in the March 20 death of 67-year-old Paul Sutton Finch Jr.

The American citizen was diving in Winding Bay, Eleuthera when he was run over by a boat.
Dorcent didn’t have to enter a plea to the charge and his bail was set at $9,500.

He returns to court on September 23 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
