NASSAU, BAHAMAS – Bahamas Roadmasters Running Club is made up of the young and not so young, a club dedicated to long distance running which includes marathons not just here at home but also throughout the world.

Melanie Zonicle, a former executive and current member of the Bahamas Roadmasters Running club. But here’s the thing, Zonicle is both an avid runner and someone who walks a marathon.

Marva Russell-Minns is also part of the club. She said what also makes a big difference is what you wear and staying hydrated.

The title sponsor for this year’s marathon in November, one of Bahamas Roadmasters’ signature events, is Cancer Treatment Center, City of Hope.
