ISRAEL – The Israeli military says it has killed Ahmed Fozi Wadia, a Hamas commander involved in the October 7th attack on the Taasa family in Netiv Haasara.

Wadia, seen in a video drinking cola in front of 2 children injured by a grenade that killed their father, was identified as part of a paragliding unit.

The military said he was killed in an airstrike on a Gaza city compound on Saturday, along with 7 other militants.

The compound was near Al-Ahli Hospital, but the hospital itself was not hit, despite Gaza’s health ministry reporting casualties.
