NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The son of Teen Challenge Executive Director Eric Fox is behind bars after prosecutors say he conspired to commit murder.

Garron Fox, 28, of Gambier Road, stood before Chief Magistrate Roberto Reckley charged with conspiracy to commit the murder of Eddie Miller, who was ambushed and killed by masked gunmen on September outside of a shop on Cowpen Road.

Prosecutors allege that Fox planned the murder along with his first cousin, Mitchell Fox, who was charged with the plot and the murder last week.

Both men return to court on April 10 to receive voluntary bill of indictment papers.
