UNITED STATES – Rhema Collins had a standout season and made a major decision on her next stop after a short time in the transfer portal.

Collins took to social media last night to announce her commitment to the Texas Tech Red Raiders in the Big 12.

Collins leaves the FIU Panthers after a dominant season in Conference USA, where she swept the league’s top honors.

The versatile guard was named Conference USA Player of the Year and Newcomer of the Year, while also earning All-Conference First Team and All-Defensive Team honors.

She averaged just over 17 points and nine rebounds per game, finishing top five in the conference in multiple statistical categories. Defensively, Collins led the league in blocks at 1.6 per game and recorded 13 double-doubles, ranking 24th nationally.

Texas Tech came off a 19–18 season that ended in the second round of the NCAA Tournament.

In the championship match, Roberts faced top seed Corentin Denolly, falling in straight sets 6-4, 6-3 to cap a remarkable week of tennis.

Roberts currently has a career-high ITF singles ranking of 209. In 2019, he had his career-high ATP ranking of 753 and won his first title at the ITF M15 Cancun.
