NASSAU, BAHAMAS – The Police Commissioner is weighing on a Canadian court’s conviction of former fashion designer Peter Nygard. Nygard, who was once a fashion mogul who held political and cultural sway in The Bahamas as a long-time Lyford Cay resident, was convicted of sexual assault in Toronto.
